Delivery and shipping
We can ship all over India and if you are in Pondicherry itself the local pickup option and the door delivery option is also there. Please note that the the local pickup at our store is free and the door delivery is charged.
Shipping is charged according to the weight and the minimum weight starts at 1kg
You will receive your order in 3-4 business days and if you are in Pondicherry your order will be delivered according to our working hours (9am-5pm) and our working days (Monday-Saturday)

What we use for packaging is not plastic but biodegradable cling wrap. Our packaging is entirely eco-friendly with recycled cardboard boxes and honey comb bubble wraps.
At Mayalayas we have adopted the concept of refiling so if you purchase our shampoo with the container, it is advised to recycle the bottle. Or else you can bring your own bottle to purchase our shampoo. If we used glass containers then there might be the risk of it falling and breaking. Your safety and the environment’s well being are both important for us.
Soaps cannot be made without the use of caustic soda. Our soaps are cured for 40 days before selling so that effects of caustic soda will be gone.
Commercial soaps use chemicals to make their soaps last longer but at Mayalayas we refuse to use these harsh chemicals.
We use cold pressed coconut oil, essential oils and natural clays to craft our soaps. We use high grade ingredients which explains the price.
It depends on how many baths you take. But approximately you can take 20 baths.
